Reservation & Cancellation Policies of Hotel Harbour View.

You (Credit Card Holder) shall pay the Cost of booking to the Credit Card Company as per Credit Card Company's Statement within the due date.

For Security reasons, Guest arriving at the hotel, during check-in, will have to present to the staff at the Check-in Counter, in person the self-attested, distinct/clear Photocopy [Xerox] of the Credit Card [ face / front side ], used in transacting online payment for our records.

The Credit Card Holder ideally must be one of the travelers. In case you have transacted online using your blood relations Credit Card, who is unable to accompany you on your trip, kindly obtain a Consent Letter containing Credit Card holder's contact address and applicable / reachable telephone numbers duly signed by the Credit Card holder, on the very face of the page containing the credit card's photocopy

The Consent Letter Signed as per specimen registered on credit card and with credit card company and or bank should; clearly mention the credit card number used for reserving your stay, as also duly and irrevocably authorize your stay with us. Please mention clearly the guest name, age, passport details, stay period booked, booking number, date and time of booking online and any other relevant details as deemed think fit.

The signed declaration by credit card holder should also state he / she has irrevocably consented without undue force or pressure to use his / her credit card being actually used online and is absolutely aware of the date and time of actual transaction being routed on the internet's online booking engine of www.viewhotelsinc.com and undertakes to pay the full charges payable for booking online including any charges payable for online transaction to your credit card company / bank without disputing the same, as and when your credit card company / bank presents the statement related to the said transaction for your stay with us .

Hotel Harbourview and www.viewhotelsinc.com management regrets the inconvenience caused to genuine guests / customers. We also stay rest assured of the guest's understanding the managements concern and steps implemented to  protect the credit card holders and their cards misuse.

Please have the relevant photocopy readily available with you to avoid check-in delays.

You shall not withhold payment to credit card company under any circumstances including cancellation of booking or deficient hotel services for which applicable refund, if any and as agreed and accepted by the management on completion of due formalities as per hotel policies and practice,  will be made by Hotel Harbourview. Management reserves the right to refute any claims without assigning any reasons what so ever and the managements decision will be final and binding to both parties.

All refunds if any, available to you shall be credited to your Credit Card. We regret our inability to accept any request for refund by Cash, Demand Draft, Cheque or any other form of payment / compensation.

Hotel Harbour View reserves the right to alter the cancellation policy in future, without prior intimation to the client, and in such an event you will be liable to pay cancellation charges as per that hotel's policy in force as and when applicable.

In the event of cancellation of any booking desired by you or your clients, please intimate us with an Email or Fax for Cancellation & Refund. Also, you are requested to follow it by Telephone prior to Check-in-date to avoid the risk of misled emails . Please ensure you receive our written confirmation of any booking you cancel, otherwise No Show Cancellation Charges will be levied. No claim for Refund will be entertained after the check-in-date. There is no provision of amendment of booking.  

General

In case you envisage being late / delayed for check-in, please consider it as your responsibility to inform Hotel Harbour View well in advance at least 2 hrs prior to your earlier confirmed E.T.A (Expected Time of Arrival).
In absence of such proper confirmed communication, Hotel Harbour View is not liable to not retain the room for you and Hotel Hotel Harbour View shall be entitled to levy No Show Cancellation Charges.

If, for any reason, check-in date is desired to be altered, kindly inform Hotel Harbour View well in advance to retain the room/s for you. The Hotel will charge full cost of your booking. There will be no Refund.

Hotel Harbour View reserves the right to; admission,  alter, modify its Terms & Conditions, Facilities provided, Tariff-Rates applicable on rooms without any further notice and you agree to abide and accept the policies in force from time to time and are liable to pay  the revised charges, if any. Kindly check the Tariff Rates applicable on the date of actual check-in.

Hotel Harbour View reserves the right to; cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservation/s so obtained contain or is a result of a mistake and or error.

Privacy Policy

All Credit Card information is encrypted for Privacy over the internet. We do not collect or retain any credit card information what so ever and the same is directly processed by the well reputed merchant bankers authorized to do so. No claims of any nature can and will be entertained. You are requested to satisfy your concerns / doubts before processing the credit card transaction.

While booking a hotel room/s on our site, the Billing information e.g. the card holder's name,  number, CVV  and credit card expiry date  are retrieved directly by HDFC Bank Ltd. on their independent state of the art secured servers, for security reasons.

The software software is not not programmed to give this information to our office. We are thus left with Travelers Name and Contact details like Card Holders address, Phone numbers, email address and items purchased, rented / room/s booked details. We also collect, for security reasons. the IP address you browse from at the time of booking and the same is also available to us.

We are amongst those who have the highest regards for your privacy and assure you we may use the above information for marketing only our products directly and or through specifically appointed agencies for the purpose specified. The information can and will be used for the purposes permissible in or as required by the law. We value your relationship and will at all times strive to ensure your privacy.
